The chief character of this story. Defense supernatural anti-disaster headquarter special tactics corps Section 4 position. The age is 25 years old. Because it was suppressed lover “Hosho school of noh wild ginger” in the past by a demon, He chased the criminal who murdered a lover. The feather of the butterfly that the clue is blue. A gun trainer. He can see a demon even if he do not have a special seeker to go through.

The heroine of this position story to Section 4 (特戦四課) defense of the ministry / the supernatural anti-disaster headquarter / special tactics corps. She belongs to the post same as Toru. 20 years old pass away. She always mind Toru murdered a lover. A biker. She can see a demon by the naked eye, too.

Epic animu for this season. Fabulous quality, Fabulous shocking story, Fabulous characters.
Ghostbuster type but the ghost here is moar stronger. There are 4 categories for the Evil Spirits, Category A, B, C, and D. With different killing and eradicating method. The battle scene is just awwsome. Thrilling with unexpected events and plot twist. Surprising story is surprising.
4.8/5 for this one.

A nun from the Church of England who is found by Touma after somehow escaping and then chased. Her mind has been implanted with the Index-Librorum-Prohibitorum - 103,000 forbidden magical texts that the Church has removed and kept secret.
 Kamijou Touma
A boy attending Gakuen Toshi, a school to unlock supernatural abilities. Kamijou’s ability is the “Imagine Breaker” which can negate any supernatural or magical power if it directly comes in contact with his right hand. This ability is so strong however that it also negates any good luck that he could possibly have and he consequently has accidents all the time and is ranked lowest in school.
 Mikoto Misaka
A secondary school school who is known as one of the seven “Level 5″ meaning she is one of the strongest students in the school. She utilizes electricity in her attacks and her favorite one is her self proclaimed “rail gun.” After Touma tries to stop some thugs who were starting to bother her, Mikoto ends up taking care of the thugs and also attacks him as well, but is unable to hurt him because of his imagine breaker.
 Kaori Kanzaki
A 18 year old sorceress from Necessarius. Unlike her partner Stiyl, she uses magic to magically strengthen her body. Her sorcery name is Salvere000. She use a 2 meter long katana (which actually is a Nodachi) called “Seven Heavens Seven Swords” as her weapon. She has a special attack called Nanasen (七閃, Nanasen “Seven Flash”) that uses her katana and some wires.
 Stiyl Magnus
A sorcerer from Necessarius. His sorcery name is Fortis931. He’s an extremely heavy smoker - he claims a world without nicotine would be hell. He specializes in using flames and is able to use a flame sword or summon a 3000 degree Celsius fire called Innocens (魔女狩りの王, Majokari no Ō, “King of Witch Hunter”) to battle his enemies. Despite his looks, he is actually 14 years old and ironically is physically weak.
Comment:
When I saw JC Staff on the list, I was afraid that they will ruin the chara design just like what they have done to Toradora. But then, after I watched the first episode, it was awwsome. Kudos JC Staff. Good chara design, Good OP and ED, Loli teacher, Moe Index, Manly Touma, etc. This reminds me of Shakugan no Shana. The storyline is in a fast pace (Different with the mango) but still good. Really recommend this one.

 Sebastian Michaels (セバスチャン・ミカエリス)
Skillful butler who works for young boy Ciel Phantomhive. Because Sebastian can do anything he is the one who saves the day (after other workers have screwed their own jobs).
The reason for him to be so talented is the fact that he is a demon. He has made a deal with Master Ciel which means he has to do everything Ciel commands him to do.
 Ciel Phantomhive (シエル・ファントムハイヴ)
Ciel Phantomhive is the business-savvy, twelve-year-old head of the English Phantomhive noble family, taking over after the deaths of his parents. He also runs a company that manufactures toys and sweets. His right eye, which is always covered, bears the “sign of contract” which binds the demon Sebastian Michaelis to his will. He is voiced by Sakamoto Maaya in the anime adaption and Miyuki Sawashiro on the drama CD.
 Meilin (メイリン)
The maid of the Phantomhive household. Meilin is enthusiastic about her job, but extremely bad at it. She adds too much soap while washing the clothes, trips and shatters the good china, and is generally a gigantic klutz. When asked to do anything important, she starts to stutter and panic, which only adds to her natural clumsiness. She has a crush on Sebastian.
 Finnian (フィニアン)
The gardner of the Phantomhive household. Finny manages to kill more plants than he grows, whether by overenthusiastic pruning or not noticing that the pesticide container is leaking. In fact, if left to his own devices, he’s stated that he’d like to make the garden into the shape of a giant robot. Despite failing at his job, his combination of tears, innocent looks, and willful ignorance of anything that doesn’t fall into his cheerful worldview makes Finny probably the most successful of the servants at wheedling favors and money out of Sebastian.
 Bardroy (バルドロイ)
The cook of the Phantomhive household. Bard gruffly treats everything as though it’s a military exercise, often referring to troops, enemies, and weaponry when he goes off into one of his many long-winded speeches about what it truly means to appreciate the culinary arts. He even tries to do the cooking with a series of flamethrowers, each more extravagant than the last. It’s unknown if the food he produces is actually edible.
 Tanaka (タナカ)
The steward of the Phantomhive household. No one actually knows what Tanaka does around the house, save for sit around and drink tea. His reaction to any situation, no matter how strange, is to merely smile, take a sip of his tea, and chuckle. In other words, he’s a bit of an enigma.
 Grell Sutcliff (グレル・サトクリフ)
Grell Sutcliff is the bumbling butler of Madam Red. He’s not very good at…well, anything. His tea is inferior, and he never really gets involved, always staying outside the scene worrying away. He’s pretty easily ignored…
But this, really, is just a disguise. The real Grell is a flamboyant reaper (as in grim reaper) who refers to himself in girlish terms, flirts, and enjoys brutal massacre as much as he enjoys the color red. He uses a chainsaw to carve up his victims, and is pretty…insane, to say the least.

MUST WATCH. *Fangirl instinct lol* No I mean “OH YEA” it’s airing, it’s interesting, it’s flattering. Nice quality animation. The characters look fabulous. Storyline looks interesting and creepy. About mysterious Phantomhive Heir and a Black Talented Butler. But it has funny scenes too which made me lol’d and smirk. Antagonist character will appear on next episode. The Background setting is in Britannia so it’s kinda luxurious and mansion-thingy (Big Potrait, Spacious Mansion, Candlelight, Tuxedo, etc). I want to see Jun Fukuyama as an antagonist chara here.
Well. Anticipated in b4 become an overrated animu. Watch for badass Sebastian!

When I watched the first episode, I got confused. ;_;
A bit confusing about the pro and anta chara. But then, I could understand the plot. Then after watched the second episode, it became more clear.
Seeing Casshern who has tragic destiny by being chased and don’t know anything makes me feel ;_;
Though it’s kinda old (Megaman lol), I’ll watch this for the lulz.
Looking forward for next episode..
